1. About this Policy
This Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on the website niatel.ba/niatel.com.ba. The Website is operated by Niatel d.o.o. Sarajevo (“Niatel”).
On the Website, we use technologies necessary for its operation, security, and remembering your consent choice. With your consent, we may enable visitor statistics and the external services Google Maps and Google reCAPTCHA. Niatel does not use dedicated advertising tools on the Website.
Processing of personal data connected with use of the Website is described in more detail in our Privacy Policy.
2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
A cookie is a small text file that a website or a service used by it can store in your browser. Cookies can, for example, help a website remember your settings or enable a particular function.
Browser local storage and other technical records can serve a similar purpose. Some services, such as Cloudflare Web Analytics, use a script to collect statistics without setting an analytics cookie or using local storage. This Policy also explains those technologies because it is important that you know when they are enabled and how you can manage them.
3. Technologies Required for the Website
Necessary technologies enable the basic operation and protection of the Website and remember your choice regarding optional services.
We use Complianz to manage consent. Its cookies, whose names begin with cmplz_, and data in browser local storage can, for example, record whether you have already made a choice and which categories or services you enabled. This means you do not have to make the same choice every time you open the Website.
Necessary technologies cannot be disabled through the Website’s consent settings. You can block or delete them in your browser, but then remembering your choice or certain parts of the Website may not function correctly.
4. Visitor Statistics — Cloudflare Web Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics helps us understand use of the Website, including visits to the Website and information about its operation. Its script, called a beacon, does not use analytics cookies or browser local storage to collect that information.
On Niatel’s Website, we nevertheless treat this script as an optional statistics service: it loads only if you enable the Statistics category. If you reject it, the script does not load. If you later withdraw consent, we will block its future loading; withdrawal does not invalidate processing that was already lawfully carried out.
5. External Services — Google Maps and Google reCAPTCHA
Google Maps enables the display of Niatel’s location on the contact page. The map does not load until you enable that service through the offered choice or the relevant consent settings.
Google reCAPTCHA v3 protects the contact form from automated messages and abuse. It does not load until you enable that service. Without it, submission of the contact form through the Website is unavailable, but you can contact us by email at info@niatel.ba.
You can enable only the individual service you need. When a Google service loads, your browser establishes a connection with Google, and Google may receive technical data and use its own cookies or similar technologies. Their use depends on the specific service and Google’s settings. More information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy and its information about the use of cookies.

Names and durations of Google technologies may change, and not every listed cookie is necessarily set on every visit. An ordinary link to an external website does not by itself load its embedded service on Niatel’s Website.
7. How You Manage Your Choice
When the privacy notice is displayed, you can accept optional services, reject them, or open settings and choose what you want to enable. Rejecting optional services does not prevent you from browsing the Website; only a function that depends on a rejected service will remain unavailable until you enable it.
You can later change or withdraw your choice through the permanently available Cookie Settings option on the Website. Withdrawal of consent applies to future loading of the service and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Withdrawal of consent does not automatically delete cookies that a previously enabled external service has already stored in your browser. You can delete them through your browser settings. If you also delete the record of your choice, the Website may ask you to choose your settings again.
8. Personal Data and External Providers
Cookies and similar technologies may be connected with the processing of personal data, particularly when you enable an external service. Niatel decides which optional services to offer and when the Website will load them. After they are enabled, the relevant provider may also process data under its own rules.

9. Changes to this Policy
We will update this Policy if the technologies we use or the way consent is managed changes. The version date is stated at the beginning of the document. If a change requires a new choice regarding optional services, we will request it through the consent settings.
