In these Terms, the expressions “Niatel”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Niatel d.o.o. Sarajevo, and the expression “Website” refers to the listed domains, their subpages, and the content published on them.

These Terms govern access to and use of the Website. They do not govern the sale of products, provision of services, or other business relationships of Niatel with Customers, Partners, or other persons, which are governed by separate offers, contracts, and other appropriate documentation.

2. Application of the Terms

You must use the Website in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Merely visiting the Website does not mean that a contract with Niatel has been concluded.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

3. Informational Nature of the Website

The Website is primarily intended to present Niatel, its activities, products, services, partners, projects, professional content, and contact information.

Niatel seeks to keep published information accurate and up to date, but Website content is of a general informational nature unless expressly stated otherwise.

Descriptions of products and services, photographs, catalogs, brochures, technical data, manufacturer information, compatibility information, availability, deadlines, prices, and other content published on the Website do not by themselves constitute a binding offer, warranty, or contract.

These Terms and use of the Website are governed by the applicable laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, where relevant to the subject matter of the specific issue, the laws of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and other competent regulations.

In the event of a dispute, Niatel and the user will, where reasonably possible, first attempt to resolve it amicably.

For disputes with legal entities and other business users concerning use of the Website, the competent court in Sarajevo has jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed.

For natural persons who have rights under mandatory consumer-protection rules or other special regulations, the jurisdiction rules from which it is not permitted to derogate apply.

14. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be null, invalid, or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions to the extent permitted by law.

If Niatel does not exercise a right under these Terms in a particular case, that by itself does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms relate exclusively to use of the Website and do not replace separate policies, offers, contracts, or other documents governing other matters or business relationships.

These Terms may be available in Bosnian and English. Both versions should convey the same meaning. In the event of a difference arising from translation, the Bosnian version is authoritative for interpretation, subject to all mandatory law.
